Terms and Conditions for usage and accessibility of books accessed via this site.
The Scholars Library was created to give access to persons who are buyers (purchasers, customers, consumers, clients, students, users and anyone of this sort) access to the bookshop via the 'teachercolette.com' ('website'). Which gives the buyers (purchasers, customers, consumers, clients, students, users and anyone of this sort) email confirmation access to the purchase of the book ('product') or books ('products') created and written by 'Colette Tomlinson' (author, creator, owner).
Authrorisation of access is given to the identified specific 'email' buyer (purchaser, customer, consumer, client, student, user and anyone of this sort) via the email address ('access identity') who (buyer, purchaser, customer, consumer, client, student, user and anyone of this sort) upon purchasing has automatically been granted unlimited access to the 'products' that they the (buyer, purchaser, customer, consumer, client, student, user and anyone of this sort) have purchased.
For copyright and protection reasons. The access identity (email address used to purchase the 'products') is the buyers (purchasers, customers, consumers, clients, students, users and anyone of this sort) access to the 'products'. Which is followed by a 'password' (access code created by the 'author') in order for the 'products' to be read, learnt and accessed as a secured purchase for the buyers (purchasers, customers, consumers, clients, students, users and anyone of this sort) and the 'author'.
As they are protected 'products' under these guidelines and permissions made available on this 'website'. Agree as the 'buyer' upon purchasing a 'product' or 'products' agree and understand these terms and conditions.
This is to ensure that the books by the 'creator' are secured accessibly and directly to the 'reader' ('buyer') who is the 'buyer' of the purchased 'product' or 'products'.
The 'buyers' purchasing a 'product' or 'products' agrees that all the information displayed, demonstrated, guided here brings responsibility and liability to the 'buyers' in regards to the awareness of these terms and conditions jointly with the understanding of copyright infringements (should any occur upon discovery of usage, consumption, or utilization or anything of this sort regarding any 'products' that has been purchased by the 'buyers'
If any misuse activity or evidential action deemed of this kind is 'discovered' ( assumed, suspected, displayed, demonstrated or highlighted) during the time of access to any 'product' or 'products'.
An investigation will be conducted and the 'buyer' will be informed by their 'access identity' addressing the reason for the investigation.
The 'creator' will explain the process of action that maybe be taken upon the findings of the investigation. A decision will be made by the 'author' of all the investigated 'product' or 'products' created by the 'owner', which is displayed on and through the 'website'.
The 'author' will make a decision regarding the continued or future access to the 'product' or 'products' on this 'website'.
Copyright is the legal right granted to the 'writer's' created original work. In regards to the Scholars Library.
All 'products' created and written by the 'creator' are original, and copyright protection is automatic and is a protection of the 'owner's' 'products'.
For this reason, the copyrights ensure that the 'author's' books on this site cannot be reproduced or used outside of the 'owner's' Scholars Library without permission.
Under copyright law, the 'writer' is the 'creator' of the original 'products' and is the 'author' of the 'products' created under this website.
The 'author' is also the 'owner' of copyright unless there is a written agreement by which the 'author' assigns the copyright to another person or entity.
Book piracy is not acceptable and is also harmful to authors and readers. In the digital age of eBooks. Electronic files can be created and distributed widely within a short period of time.
Therefore for this reason the books were created into an accessing library by 'author' to oppose any form of online piracy in regards to the 'creator's' online 'products', in order for them to be purchased and accessed through this website with the strongest possible terms in support and understanding as an 'author' herself and other authors alike in regards to protecting copyright infringements.
Action will be taken should there be any activity found to be or displayed intention of exploitation of any type or form from from a 'buyer' does towards the usage, utilization, consumption of irregular activities of any 'products' in regards to violations, rules or norms detailed in these terms and conditions. Which could lead to the removal of access to the 'products'.
